Solace Mental Health Counseling
At Solace Mental Health Counseling, I strive to create a safe, supportive space where individuals and families feel heard, understood, and empowered to navigate life’s challenges. With over a decade of experience working with youth and families in this community, I bring a deep appreciation for the unique experiences, strengths, and needs of every individual and family.
I work with clients across the lifespan, specializing in children, teens, young adults, and family dynamics. Drawing from a variety of therapeutic approaches—including traditional psychotherapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)—I tailor care to meet each client’s individual needs and goals.
Whether you're navigating a challenging season, processing difficult experiences, or working toward stronger relationships, you don't have to figure it all out alone. I'm glad you're here, and I'd be honored to be part of your journey.
